The project is an extension to an existing three-bedroom Californian bungalow, creating a four-bedroom family home. Open planning and a sense of spaciousness are prioritised throughout, while the original streetfront appearance is respected.
The rear of the house is transformed into contemporary living spaces, with the focus on the inside and its transition to the garden.
